One Ride for ALS is a charitable cycling initiative designed to bring together participants and display collective cycling distances in support of the ALS community.

During this initial phase, Chocolkan Sàrl operates One Ride for ALS without remuneration or management fees.

The website and related services use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate and Strava.
5. Statistics
Statistics are produced automatically from eligible activity data. Delays, temporary service interruptions, incomplete synchronisation or data inconsistencies may occur.
6. Charitable beneficiaries
Beneficiary organisations may vary between campaigns. Each campaign will identify its intended beneficiary or beneficiaries and the applicable fundraising arrangements.
7. Donations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this website does not itself collect donations. Any donation link may redirect users to a third-party platform or beneficiary organisation subject to its own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The One Ride for ALS name, logo, visual identity and website content may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
9. Liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate. Chocolkan Sàrl does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free statistics and is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by third-party services or technical events beyond its reasonable control.
10. Future association
The project may later be transferred to a dedicated non-profit association. The website and legal information will be updated before such a change takes effect.

This website is currently operated from Switzerland. Mandatory rights granted to users under applicable local law remain unaffected.
